How Can I Get the Orders & Shipments Report?

Orders & Shipments report gives you the data of orders & shipments in a single file, which helps you keep a track of all your orders.

Orders Only Report

This report will give you the report of the orders which are unprocessed or non-serviceable or cancelled before the booking.

Steps to download the orders report

  1. Go the Orders Page of Shyplite panel.

  2. Open Filters on the Orders page by clicking three lines icon beside Orders page heading

  3. Select date range and click on Filters button

  4. Click on the Export button which appears on applying Filters

  5. Please Note: You can only take export of maximum 31 days in one go.


Master Report - Orders and Shipment Report

This report will give you the report of the all orders for a month.

Steps to download the master report

  1. Go the Orders Page of Shyplite panel
  2. Open Filters on the Orders page by clicking three lines icon beside Orders page heading
  3. Select year and month under Master Export heading
  4. Click on the Export button
  5. Please Note: You can only take export of 1 month in one go and export will be emailed to the registered email id.


Shipments Only Report

This report will give you the report of the all orders which are booked in the 30 days date range.

Steps to download the shipments report

  1. Go the Shipments Page of Shyplite panel
  2. Open Filters on the Shipment page by clicking three lines icon beside Shipments page heading.
  3. Select date range and click on Filters.

  4. Click on the Export button which appears on applying Filters.
  5. Please Note: You can only take export of maximum 31 days in one go.
