How to Track an Order on Shyplite Panel?

One can track the order on Shyplite panel by following below mentioned steps :

  1. Click on Shipments Page from the menu.
  2. Use filters to find your order(s).
  3. Open the order by clicking on anywhere on the row.
  4. You will see the latest tracking status and shipment journey on the right side of the page.

How to Share the Tracking With My Customer?

We have a customizable tracking page where your customers can track their order called as Tracklite.
You can share the tracking link of Tracklite to your customer. Please note that we also send the tracking updates to the customer via SMS.


What is Tracklite?

Tracklite is a customizable tracking page where your customers can track their order. This is a completely free feature by Shyplite on which you can showcase your brand name, logo and customer support details for easy reference for your customers.

It display details for an order such as Order ID, Courier Name, Tracking Number, Real time tracking , Estimated delivery time.

Your customers can also give an alternate instruction in case they want to get it reattempted. Their remark gets added on the NDR page and get escalated to the carrier along with other order NDR remarks.


Step-by-Step Guide to Setup Tracklite Your Custom Branding Tracking Page

  1. Go to Profile in the Settings.

  2. Scroll Down to Tracklite Section

Add the following information

Brand Name

  • Add your Brand Name, same will be displayed on the Tracklite.

Website

  • Add your website URL here. The customer will be redirected to your website when he clicks on your brand name or your brand logo.

Support Email

  • Add your customer support email address where your buyer can reach you in case of any queries.

Support Contact

  • Add your customer support phone number where your buyer can reach you in case of any queries.

Upload Logo

  • Upload your brand logo here. Logo size should be less than 500 kb. The allowed image formats are .png and .jpg

Custom URL Tag

  • Add your brand name to Tracklite URL.

Accept Return for

  • Allow your customers to place a return request for their order from the Tracklite page itself. You can choose the number of days till when you will accept the return request after delivery.
  • Once the return request is placed by the customer, same will be reflected on your orders page with Channel “Tracklite” and you can book the order by clicking the “Book” button.

Do you send Tracking SMS to My Customers?

We send SMS notifications to your cusotmers at the multiple tracking statuses.

Booked: We send a SMS notification when an order is booked on Shyplite panel. By default we keep the Booked SMS notification disabled for your customers. If you want to send the enable SMS on booking of an order, you can reach to Shyplite Support to enable it on your account.

  • SMS Body: BOOKED: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is booked. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}

Picked Up : We send a SMS notification as soon as the order gets picked up from your location.

  • SMS Body: DISPATCHED: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is picked up. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}

Out for Delivery: We send a SMS notification when the order gets OFD.

  • SMS Body: ARRIVING TODAY: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is out for delivery. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}

Exception: We send a SMS notification when the order gets delayed due to an exception. By default we keep the Exception SMS notification disabled for your customers. If you want to send the updates regarding delay in delivery due to an exception to your customers, you can reach to Shyplite Support to enable it on your account.

  • SMS Body: EXCEPTION: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is delayed. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}

Delivered: We send a SMS notification when the order gets delivered to your customer.

  • SMS Body: DELIVERED: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is delivered. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}

What Are the Charges for Tracking SMS to My Customers?

Tracking SMS to your customer is aboslutely FREE of cost service from Shyplite.


What is the Format of the Tracking SMS?

Please find below the tracking SMS formats for your reference.

  • BOOKED: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is booked. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}
  • PICKED UP: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is picked up. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}
  • EXCEPTION: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is delayed. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}
  • ARRIVING TODAY: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is out for delivery. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}
  • DELIVERED: Your Order {PRODUCT NAME} - {BRAND NAME} is delivered. https://tracklite.in/track/{AWBNO}

{PRODUCT NAME}: Product declared at time of booking. Product name upto 40 characters will be displayed in the SMS.

{BRAND NAME}: Brand name mentioned in Tracklite section on Profile Page in Shyplite Settings. Brand Name can be of maximum 20 characters.


Can I Customize the Tracking SMS?

Currently, Tracking SMS are not customizable, however, you can hide the Product Name from the SMS if required.


I Do Not Want to Show Product Name in Tracking SMS, What Should I Do?

We do have a feature to remove the product name from the SMS in case required. To activate the feature, please reach out to Shyplite Support.


How to Set the Brand Name for Tracking SMS?

  1. Go to Profile in the Settings
  2. Scroll Down to Tracklite Section
  3. Add the Brand Name in the Brand Name field. Please note, upto 20 characters are allowed in the brand name. If your brand name has more than 20 characters, please reach out to Shyplite Support to check the feasibility.

How to Add the Tracking to My Website?

There are two ways to add the tracking to your own website:

  1. Using Tracklite: You can add a button on your website which can redirect your customer to the tracklite page where your customer can track his order.

  2. Using Tracking API: You can integrate Shyplite Tracking API on your website to show the tracking to your customer.
