Understanding Pricing Plans

You can choose any plan as per your business needs. The chosen plan will be effective as soon as you recharge with the required plan activation amount.

  • To continue with the same plan, the total recharge value per month (30 days) according to the selected plan should be equal to or more than the minimum monthly recharge required for that particular plan.
  • Your plan will get automatically renewed if your last month’s recharge was equal to or more than the required recharge amount according to the plan.
  • Otherwise, your plan will be automatically downgraded to the next best or suitable plan.
  • You can again anytime upgrade your plan by recharging with the first month’s plan activation amount, which will be added to your Shyplite wallet.

What Pricing Plans are available at Shyplite?

Shyplite offers several pricing plans from which you can choose a suitable plan based on your monthly recharge. Here, a month is considered as 30 days. We offer mainly 4 Pricing Plans from which you can select and get the discounted shipping rates on each plan.

  • Launch: It does not require any minimum monthly recharge amount. In other words, you can activate this plan anytime without making any recharge. This is the lowest pricing plan we offer with comparatively higher shipping rates.
  • Grow: You need to recharge with Rs.10,000 to activate the plan immediately, which will be added to your usable balance. Thereafter, you have to maintain the minimum monthly recharge of Rs.10,000 every month, which can be done in installments.
  • Accelerate: You need to recharge with Rs.25,000 to activate the plan immediately, which will be added to your usable balance. Thereafter, you have to maintain the minimum monthly recharge of Rs.25,000 every month, which can be done in installments.
  • Scale: You need to recharge with Rs.75,000 to activate the plan immediately, which will be added to your usable balance. Thereafter, you have to maintain the minimum monthly recharge of Rs.75,000 every month, which can be done in installments.

Please note all plans are free of cost, which means that the recharge amount to upgrade or activate a plan will be added to your usable balance and you can use it to book your shipments.

How can I upgrade or activate any Pricing Plan?

Follow the below mentioned steps to activate the plan which suits your business.

  1. Go to Price Calculator page from the left navigation menu
  2. Scroll down to the Pricing Plans section, where you can view all plans and shipping rates as per the respective plan.
  3. Choose the plan that is best for your business and get discounted rates with each plan.
  4. Click on Recharge button and recharge with the plan activation amount required for the selected plan.
  5. Your plan will be activated on a successful transaction and the activation amount will be added to your usable balance which you can use to book your shipments.

Do I have to pay any subscription fees to activate any plan? How does the Plan Activation amount get adjusted?

No, we do not charge any subscription fees to activate any pricing plan.

  • You only have to recharge with the plan activation amount in lump sum to upgrade your plan for the first time,
  • which shall be added to your usable balance and you can further use it to book your shipments.
  • Afterwards, you can recharge your Shyplite Account with the mentioned minimum amount as per the plan in installments during the month.
  • You just have to make sure to recharge with the minimum amount in order to stick to the chosen plan.
  • Else, after the completion of 30 days of plan activation, your plan will be automatically downgraded to the next best plan as per your last month’s recharged amount.

Where can I see my monthly plan history?

Please follow the below mentioned steps to see your plan history:

  • Go to Billing page from the left navigation menu
  • On this page, you can also see the amount of recharge you have done since the activation date of your current plan.
  • Click on the “Plans” tab, where you can find the plan history
